CREW TIP What to Tip? Well, if you ask the crew, they’ll say “tip till it hurts”. Lol……just kidding. The Charter Fishing is just like the regular service industry, of 15% to 20%. This crew works really hard at baiting your hooks, netting your fish, asking if you want pictures before they clean your fish and taking care of you. An appropriate tip is, each fisherman to tip $20 to $25+ per crewmember.
