#Morning or Sunset Classes

Group mindful flow based beachfront yoga classes are offered weekly mornings and at sunset time on grassy lawn with Diamondhead as backdrop on Waikiki oceanfront – Mindful Vinyasa flow or Yin inspired depending on the energy of the group- with morning classes generally more relaxed speed due to less people generally in the parks - even as our area is the most peaceful of all of waikiki even at sunset time.

Adventure Tips

Arrive Early for Best Spot

Arriving 15 minutes before class ensures a comfortable spot on the lawn with the best views of Diamondhead and the ocean.

Bring a Yoga Mat or Towel

Classes are held on grass near the beach, so a mat or towel improves comfort and stability during postures.

Hydrate Before and After

The oceanfront sun and gentle breeze can be dehydrating; bring water and drink before and after your session.

Wear Layers for Changing Temperatures

Morning sessions can be cool while sunset classes may feel warmer; layering helps you adjust easily.
