Rates

• Full Day Rental: $150 to $200
• July 4th Rental: 8am to 10pm: $600
• Memorial Day and Labor Day: $200
• Mon. - Thurs.: $150 and Fri. - Sun.: $200
• Discounted rates Feb. - April and Sept. - Oct.

Duration

All day rental

• Rental time begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM.
• Upon arrival and departure, please check in/out at the Marketplace.

Cabana Rental Info and Agreement

• Must be 18+ to rent a Marketplace beach cabana.
• Each cabana is 10’ x 10’ and comes with 2 chaise lounges and a small side table.
• Maximum occupancy (including sand space in front of your cabana) is 6 people, regardless of age.
• During our busiest summer weekends and holidays, each cabana will come with 2 unpaid reserved (until 12pm) parking spots. The maximum daily parking rate is $30 per car. (Up to $50 on July 4).
• Moe B’s Munchies and full bar are just feet away and are open Wednesday - Sunday during summer. You can also purchase food and beverages from the Marketplace which is open daily, year round.
• You agree that pets, smoking, vaping, loud music, BBQs, fire pits, glass of any kind or outside catering is not permitted in the cabana(s) or on the beach. You may forfeit your cabana rental without reimbursement if any rules are violated.
• Additional overhead coverage for the sand space directly in front of your cabana is prohibited.
• You are responsible for disposing of your trash and leaving the cabana in the same condition as received.
• Using staples and/or strong adhesives on any part of the cabana or the furniture is strictly prohibited and may subject you to a $25 cleaning fee. If you would like to hang decorations, please use painter's tape.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and agree to not hold Newport Dunes accountable for any lost items.
• At the end of your stay, please stop into the Marketplace to checkout.
• Please respect your neighboring cabana guests by abiding by the rules.

CANCELLATION AND/OR REBOOKING POLICY:

• If you need to rebook, you must do so prior to 72 hours of your reservation or you will not be reimbursed.
• Cabana check-in time is 9 am to 11 am through the Marketplace. Early arrivals are welcome to hang out on the beach until we are able to assist you.
• Late arrivals beyond 1 may be subjected to losing their rental unless you've emailed us at sbasta@newportdunes.com and mhilyer@newportdunes.com with an updated arrival time and cell number to reach you.
• On extremely rare occasions, due to sudden bad weather or unforeseeable issues, we may need to cancel your reservation at the last minute. You will have the option for a full refund or a re-booking.
