This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home sleeps up to 8 people. The home is situated at the entrance of our campground and overlooks the Big Cove Marina.

Bedroom Details:

  • Primary: 1 queen bed
  • Guest #1: 2 twins
  • Guest #2: 2 twins
  • Sofa: pullout

Includes: laundry (washer+dryer), heating, full kitchen, linens and boat slip.

Check-in time: 4pm Check-out time on day of departure: 11am

All rentals are 4 night minimum. Nightly rate does not include plumas county occupancy tax. Rate is $330 per night plus $200 cleaning fee.

All rentals include a boat slip at our marina during the length of your stay.

No pets allowed.
