About
Let my family and I take you on a culinary journey at our home in the village of Ohlstadt. After picking you up at the local train station my daughters and I will walk you through the village giving you a short tour of the whetstone production, bobsledding, and World War II history of this unique village at the entrance to the Alps. Then it’s to our house where my wife will teach you how to make pretzels, Obatzda cheese, Brotzeit, and more.
While you snack on your freshly baked pretzels and cheese we will prepare the kitchen so that together we can create Jägerschnitzel with Bratkartoffeln. After your home cooked meal a schnapps is in order before bringing you back to the train station for your short 20 minute ride to Garmisch or 45 minute ride to Munich.
