You step out of the van into humid air threaded with leaf resin and coffee scent; ahead the Bautong — locally called the Sticky Waterfall — gurgles like a mischievous neighbor daring you to climb. The limestone cascade grips bare feet rather than sliding away, so visitors pick routes up shallow, textured rock and drop into cool pools between steps, turquoise against jungle green.
