About

  • Your guided trip will take place on a beautiful lake in the Sierra foothills about 70 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, CA and 15 minutes from Placerville, CA
  • Guests will enjoy the comfort of a 2020 Nitro Bass Boat with all the bells and whistles to find the fish. Checking out all the modern sonar technology is fun in its own right.
  • Custom times are available.
  • We want to ensure you enjoy your day on the beautiful lake. Please be upfront with your guide as to your expectations or any special needs so that they can help you achieve a successful and enjoyable day of fishing!*
  • If you prefer to use conventional fishing gear, let your guide know as he is also an expert in traditional bass tactics.

What’s included in your trip?

  • Fly Rod and Reel (bring your own if you prefer, we use 6 and 7 WTs for bass)
  • Water (Our guides will have extra water bottles on hand, but we recommend bringing a refillable bottle to reduce plastic!)
  • Flies & Leader (please bring your own if you prefer)

Please Note:

  • All Trips are private to your group.
  • Transportation is not included to the lake, and neither are parking fees. While we fish, we leave our vehicles in a secure, patrolled parking area but this does cost an extra $15.
  • California fishing licenses are required for any one 16 years or older. The licenses can be purchased online or through any CDFW licensing agent
  • Custom times are available.
  • Areas fished are based on your guides provision, but our main lake requires a special permit to guide on and we are lucky to have it!
  • Trips are weather permitting, during the winter there may be a higher chance of rebooking.
  • Your guide will contact you within 12-48 hours prior to your trip for any final details.
