The first clink of glass comes before the hull slips away from Port Olímpic. Salted air lifts the citrus and herb notes from your vermouth glass as the yacht turns east, the city’s skyline sliding into a coastline of beaches and cranes. For 45 minutes you stand at a shaded table on the dock, guided through red, white and rosé vermouth while sampling cold sausage, cheese, and Catalan tapas; then the gangway folds and the sea takes its place in the story.
