You step onto the catamaran at Port Olímpic as the hull rocks soft against the dock—salt air, a distant gull, and the skyline of Barcelona opening like a city map laid flat. The crew greets you with a welcome drink; live music threads through conversation while the boat pushes out past the marina, offering the kind of angle on the city you can't get from land.
