About This Adventure

The Highland Women's Gravity Essentials session is intended for new or intermediate gravity riders wanting to take advantage of a full day of learning and progression. Our staff of professional coaches will guide you through a progressive program of skill building, and trail exploration on Highland's renowned terrain and features.

Coaches will form small groups of riders with similar ability and interests to work together throughout the day. Topics of instruction will include Body Position, Speed Control, Cornering, Pumping, Intro to Drops & Jumping. Low camper to coach ratios (6:1) will allow plenty of individualized attention. Imagine spending the entire day learning and practicing with an enthusiastic and supportive group of your peers.

Intermediate or advanced riders with an interest in a multi-day program should consider the Women's Adult Ayr Academy scheduled for the same weekend. That program will allow for even more detailed instruction and added time to progress.
