In the nineteenth century a family gave refreshment to the "birocciai" (ancient work of transporting goods) with wine, marsala and beer at their tavern, today the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP is produced and the tradition is carried on from generation to generation.

  • Cross the threshold of the ancient Osteria and discover the production of Balsamic vinegar up close by visiting two vinegar factories (different places in the attic where the barrels are placed) and let yourself be guided by a family member through the tasting of four types of balsamic vinegar of different vintages.
  • The experience can be integrated with a tasting lunch based on dishes prepared with balsamic vinegar (first course or second course, second course and dessert), which can be booked at the time of purchase.
