Conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki at the International Market Place! Learn the Hula, Eat Delicious Hawaiian Food, and enjoy an authentic Polynesian Show which includes the traditional dances from across the Pacific as well as the famed Fireknife Dance! Luau is located in the courtyard on the first floor in the International Market Place (look for bamboo walls surrounding courtyard).

If you are planning on driving to the event, Parking is located in the International Market Place parking garage. Validation is included up to an hour. After an hour, the second, third and fourth hour is $2/hour. After four hours, standard rates apply.

Cancellation Policy for Luau Reservations:

Individuals and Small Groups (1-10 People):

  • Luau reservations must be cancelled outside a 72-hour period (3 days before) from the start of the event (5:00 PM HST). Cancellations made less than 72 hours from the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Group Cancellation Policy (More than 10 People):

  • All group reservations involving a party of 10 or more will be non-refundable starting 1 week (7 days) from the start of the event (5:00 PM HST).

General Terms:

  • Refunds, where applicable, can only be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
  • In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, medical emergencies), we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Process:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed up to 30 days of the cancellation request.
