Your session will focus on you as a unique individual who is facing a health challenge as well as the health challenge itself. Based on assessment, a personalized body/mind/soul health enhancing plan is formulated. This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional healing, supplements, self care and lifestyle practices.
