Experience the magic of a total solar eclipse at Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens on April 8, 2024. Enjoy a weekend filled with acoustic bluegrass, gospel music, workshops, and outdoor activities. Join fellow attendees for a group vow exchange, jam sessions, and serene nature explorations in a stunning, light-pollution-free setting.
A total solar eclipse April 8, 2024 will occur at Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens. In observance of this rare event, Avalon Hall is the epicenter of a fun weekend full of activities, music, workshops, relaxation, jam sessions, great food and fellowship. Music will primarily feature acustic bluegrass, gospel and classic cover tunes with bands from those music styles on stage every day. Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens has virtually no light pollution as the nearest sizable city is more than an hour away. Camping and music will begin the week prior and run thru Tuesday April 9. Drive thru campsites RVs and tent campsites will be available on the estate by reservation only.
A group vow exchange and renewal of up to 100 couples will be heldthe weekend prior to the eclipse in Moongate Garden followed by a group reception and concert Saturday afternoon in and adjacent to Avalon Hall. Jam sessions, garden tours, woodland hikes, fishing and other activities will span the weekend.

Longer camp stays are available by calling 479-437-4902. All campsites are considered dry but water, food and restrooms will be available for guests at Avalon Hall as well as a dump station.
