About This Adventure
Join our engaging weekly outdoor sessions for children aged 12 months and up, led by Beth at a family farm near Jedburgh. Experience hands-on activities with farm animals, seasonal crafts, and nature exploration in a safe environment. Each week offers a unique theme, making every visit a memorable adventure!
Weekly sessions for children ages 12 months and upward. An opportunity to explore the outdoors, play messy, and get up close to farm animals in a safe environment.
The sessions are led by Beth, who helps run the family farm outside Jedburgh. The sessions will follow seasonal themes meaning they will change and develop throughout the farming year. Some weeks there will be a craft to make and take home and others will be spent focusing on seasonal tasks related to the animals or activities on the farm. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Dates for Autumn Toddlers MONDAYS: 25th August, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th of September TUESDAYS: 26th August, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th September WEDNESDAYS:27th August, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th September & 1st October
Your Booking will be for the 6 week block The sessions will be held outside except for in extreme weather where we will make use of the farm shed or party marquee and continue our play undercover.
Sessions run from 10.30-11.30 each week but you are welcome to stay longer at the farm once the session is complete.
What you need to wear? It is important to dress for the weather conditions on the day. This is likely to mean you will need to bring children in all in one water proofs and make sure you pack suncream for warm days!
We are a working farm so it’s important you don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before your time slot. There are toilets, baby changing and handwashing facilities at the venue. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
CANCELATION POLICY: If we must cancel individual sessions due to extreme weather these sessions will be rearranged.
We will do our best to accommodate personal circumstances of children and parents if they cannot attend.
