Non-swimmers can enter the cenote if accompanied by a confident swimmer, but life vests and guide supervision are recommended — confirm available flotation with the operator.
Drivers must be at least 18; ATV passengers can be as young as 8 for doubles (minimum 4 ft tall); maximum weight per vehicle is 320 lbs (145 kg).
