You lift off the air-conditioned van and the scent of cut grass and warm rock meets you. The park opens up to more than 50 acres of forested terrain; four-wheeled ATVs sit ready, mud on their treads and engines whispering promise. An instructor fits a helmet, runs through controls, and points down a narrow track that climbs toward a stony bluff known locally as Elephant Rock.

No prior experience is required; you will complete a supervised test drive and safety briefing before heading out, but basic confidence with vehicle controls helps.
Age policies vary by operator; passengers are often allowed on two-up ATVs while solo driving typically requires a minimum age and competency—confirm at booking.
Hotel pickup and drop-off in Colombo are included; the operator transfers you by air-conditioned vehicle to the ATV park.
The operator's cancellation policy states all sales are final; in practice they may alter the route for wet conditions but refunds are not provided, so plan accordingly.
