Basic ride information and rules Open 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday, and 9am - 7pm Saturday & Sunday Full Day Rental = 8hours (Leave at 9am return 5pm) subject to $100 an hour late fee per hour past rental return time. Helmets & eye protection are required and provided with each rental. Fuel and tax are not included in the rental rates. You must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license to rent and operate the rental equipment All Passengers MUST BE PRESENT when checking out machines in order to sign waiver. NO TRAILERING ALLOWED. Rental units must leave the store via the trail and return the same way. $1,500 unit damage deposit due at time of check-in. Deposit refunded at time of return with machine in good condition. Subject to penalty of $100 late return fee per hour past rental return time. Damage protection required. Cost applied in cart. $40.00 for the first day and $20.00 per additional day. Our machines are not intended for off-trail riding, Renter will be fully financially responsible for any recovery and or damage occurring off trail. Off-trail recovery rates are charged at $125 per hour. Our rentals go out with full tanks and are expected to return with full tanks. Failure to fill the gas tank will result in a service fee of $7per gallon that will be charged to the reservation. Borrower agrees to, at its own expense, maintain Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, with limits in compliance with local statute, covering the use of the Product during the time it is in Borrower's possession and until it is returned to Latitude 218. L:atitude 218 shall not be required to carry or provide Bodily Injury or Property Damage Liability Insurance during that period.
