Embark on a thrilling 2-day ASA 114 Cruising Catamaran course, where you'll master sailing a 38ft to 42ft catamaran in Santa Monica Bay. With expert US Coast Guard Licensed instructors and a maximum of six students, enjoy personalized, high-quality training on the latest vessels while learning essential seamanship and safety skills.

ASA 114 - Cruising Catamaran

This 2 day class is designed for individuals who want to learn how to skip a catamaran during multi-day cruise in coastal waters

Description

  • Learn how to sail a 40ft catamaran, auxiliary powered during a 2 day class. No overnight.
  • Learn about catamaran structure, components and features, performance under sail and power, boat systems, seamanship and safety, heavy weather operation, and emergency response.
  • Prerequisite: ASA 101, 103 and 104
