Certification course including night-time sailing in order to meet the requirements of the ASA 106: Advanced Coastal Cruising Certification.


Pre-requisites

  • ASA 101, Basic Keelboat Sailing
  • ASA 103, Basic Coastal Cruising
  • ASA 104, Bareboat Cruising and the ability to demonstrate competency in all knowledge and skills elements of those Standards.
  • ASA 105, Coastal Navigation

What to bring

  • Bottled water and ice chest
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Rubber soled shoes, such as tennis shoes or deck shoes without black bottoms that might leave scuff marks on the boat.
  • You will not be getting in the water, but rain gear or windbreaker would be wise.
  • Bring enough clothing to last you for the two days and one night.
  • Cooler months require more clothing.
  • Towels, sheets, pillow and blankets.
  • Boat is air conditioned at the dock
