Certification course including night-time sailing in order to meet the requirements of the ASA 106: Advanced Coastal Cruising Certification.
Pre-requisites
- ASA 101, Basic Keelboat Sailing
- ASA 103, Basic Coastal Cruising
- ASA 104, Bareboat Cruising and the ability to demonstrate competency in all knowledge and skills elements of those Standards.
- ASA 105, Coastal Navigation
What to bring
- Bottled water and ice chest
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Rubber soled shoes, such as tennis shoes or deck shoes without black bottoms that might leave scuff marks on the boat.
- You will not be getting in the water, but rain gear or windbreaker would be wise.
- Bring enough clothing to last you for the two days and one night.
- Cooler months require more clothing.
- Towels, sheets, pillow and blankets.
