The session starts with an introduction to kitchen safety and knife skills.
Due to the very limited number of spots in each camp sessions, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start of your camp in order to receive a refund. Within 30 days of your camp, a strict no-refunds policy applies. This includes cancellations due to any illness (including COVID related illnesses), injury, or emergency.
If you need to reschedule to another date, please notify us either by phone at (443) 869-5121 or by email at kitchen@baltimorechefshop.com. We require at minimum of 7 days’ notice in order to be able to apply your credit to another camp session.
Rescheduling for any reason with less than 7 days’ notice results in a forfeiture of credit.
Partial credits for the week can not be provided for any missed days of a session. Attending one or two days of the camp requires that you purchase that spot in the camp for the entire week.
