Although not required, it's recommended to get general admission tickets early due to limited walk-in availability. Your visit starts at your chosen arrival time.

Your 90 minute encounter includes a stroll through the Aquarium and a Mermaid Show which takes placed at the latter part of your encounter:
- 1 Mermaid Show - Approximately 20 minutes
- “Ray Bay” Touch Tank
- “Tide Pool Findings” Touch Tank

Please arrive at the beginning of your selected time slot. Late arrivals will not have the opportunity to extend their stay. Early arrivals will not be permitted into the aquarium prior to selected time frame/booking.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry into the aquarium or mermaid show if capacity has been reached. We will do our best to accommodate your visit and reserve a booking for the next available space. We highly recommend booking your visit with us in advance.
Mermaid show seating is limited and not guaranteed with ticket purchase. Mermaid shows may be standing room only. No reserved seating.
About Your Visit
As you cross the threshold into the Encounter you will enter a tropical rain forest and visit our rescued macaws and parrots. Continuing your journey towards the Bay; you will have the opportunity to interact with some of nature’s most amazing sea creatures such as the Mantis Peacock Shrimp, a freshwater exhibit to show you what exactly lies under the local springs, and more! Our exhibitions include two touch tanks – one full of sea stars and urchins, and the affectionately nicknamed Ray Bay! There, our variety of friendly sting rays will happily fly up and accept a gentle stroke. You will finish your journey in front of our 15,000-gallon Caribbean Saltwater Aquarium where you might even see a mermaid or two! Don't forget to stroll back into our gift shop for those amazing treasures!
