On this tour, come and cycle through the quiet, beautiful countryside around Amsterdam on a gentle 4 hour bike ride. We cover around 30 kilometres (18.5 miles) on this ride, through picturesque villages and fields filled with windmills, dams, dikes, ducks, horses, cows and abundant bird life. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre and enjoy a leisurely ride through the green beauty of stunning Dutch landscapes.
The route we take is as flat as the rest of our country so it’s a nice, easy ride. In the middle, we stop for coffee in an idyllic countryside village where the apple pie is as close to perfection as there is.
After 4 hours of cycling along coastal pathways and leafy green fields, you’ll head back to the city, feeling fully relaxed, rejuvenated and windswept by the sea breezes. If it’s sunny, bring sunscreen. If it’s chilly, wrap up warm.
One thing we can definitely guarantee: you’ll have cycled far enough to have burned those apple pie calories right off.
