The boat slips away from the mooring and the city exhales: brick facades slide past, cyclists ring their bells, and the canal water laps at the hull like a steady companion. On this open-boat Aperol Spritz cruise, passengers sit with a bright cocktail in hand and a plate of crostinis and olives nearby, watching Amsterdam’s canal ring unfold from water level—closer, quieter, and threaded with hidden alleys that larger vessels can’t reach.

Yes—curated complimentary Italian bites (crostinis, olives, mixed nuts) and a selection of spritzes, wines, or non-alcoholic options are provided.
Infants are allowed but must sit on an adult’s lap; the cruise is family-friendly but open-deck seating offers limited protection from weather.
Yes—public transportation options are available near central moorings, including tram and train service to Centraal Station.
Amsterdam’s canal ring was constructed in the 17th-century Dutch Golden Age as a planned expansion for trade and housing; the layout is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Keep waste off the water and use provided bins ashore; slower, low-wake travel reduces bank erosion and disturbance to aquatic life.
