Join us for an exciting culinary adventure this summer! Teens aged 13-17 will explore diverse flavors from Chesapeake to Napa Valley, starting with essential kitchen safety and knife skills. Experience hands-on cooking while discovering the rich culinary traditions of iconic American cities in a fun and engaging environment.
Duration: M-F: 9:30am - 12:30pm Ages: 13 - 17
Join us this summer as we hit a few of our favorite culinary hotspots across the US. The week kicks off in our own back yard with a Chesapeake-themed menu and moves through New Orleans, Chicago, Santa Fe, ending with the flavors of the Napa Valley.
The session starts with an introduction to kitchen safety and knife skills.
Due to the very limited number of spots in each camp sessions, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start of your camp in order to receive a refund. Within 30 days of your camp, a strict no-refunds policy applies. This includes cancellations due to any illness (including COVID related illnesses), injury, or emergency.
If you need to reschedule to another date, please notify us either by phone at (443) 869-5121 or by email at kitchen@baltimorechefshop.com. We require at minimum of 7 days’ notice in order to be able to apply your credit to another camp session.
Rescheduling for any reason with less than 7 days’ notice results in a forfeiture of credit.
Partial credits for the week can not be provided for any missed days of a session. Attending one or two days of the camp requires that you purchase that spot in the camp for the entire week.
Closed-toe shoes protect feet in the kitchen and are required for safety during cooking sessions.
Stay hydrated throughout the day as kitchen spaces can get warm, especially during intense cooking sessions.
Pay attention to all knife and stove safety guidelines to avoid accidents and make the experience enjoyable.
Light, breathable clothing is best for moving around the kitchen and handling food comfortably.
