You’ll be welcomed in a typical French Creperie, in Paris city center.
Stéphane, the chef, has been developing this restaurant with passion for Brittany and the taste for the best products and home-made recipes.
Your English-speaking chef Stephane will share with you all his knowledge and answer any how-to or why questions.
You’ll then let you cook by yourself and all set to reproduce them at home. You’ll be as good as any Frenchy, maybe even more !
You’ll be 2 to 8 and have the pleasure to enjoy on the spot (in the last 55 min) what you just cooked together with a glass of farm cider (or farm apple juice), and even take back what you haven’t finished for later.
Classes fill quickly due to limited group size (max 8 guests), so reserve in advance to join.
You’ll be standing and cooking for three hours; dress for comfort and easy movement in a kitchen setting.
Contact Caramel Sarrasin ahead of time if you have dietary restrictions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Workshops start promptly at 3:30 PM; arriving early lets you settle in and meet your chef and fellow guests.
Creperies reflect the Breton migration to Paris during the early 20th century, bringing regional flavors to the capital.
Caramel Sarrasin emphasizes local, farm-sourced ingredients and limits waste by encouraging leftover take-home portions.
Supportive footwear is important as you’ll be on your feet throughout the class.
Paris weather can change, so layering is helpful if you plan to stroll before or after the class.
