About This Adventure

Experience the tranquility of Alpaca Yoga, where gentle yoga meets the calming presence of alpacas. Enjoy a unique meet and greet with these gentle creatures before a guided practice led by Beatriz. All levels are welcome to reconnect with nature and leave feeling centered, grounded, and grateful.

Relax and refresh in nature with gentle yoga surrounded by the calming nature of Alpaca! No yoga experience necessary; all levels welcome. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, yoga mat and towel to place under your mat.

The experience will begin with a 15 minute Alpaca meet and greet! You will learn a bit about them and take photos and selfies with them if you’d like.

After the meet and greet, a gentle yoga practice will be guided by Beatriz. The intention of the class will be to connect with the gentle, observant nature of the Alpaca. Participants will leave feeling centered, grounded and grateful for sharing presence with these beautiful creatures!

About the teacher: Beatriz (Shraddah) is a yoga guide, wellness coach, and founder of Be Free Be You, a heart-centered practice rooted in movement, mindfulness, and inner healing. Her classes offer a safe and supportive space. A welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease in your body and breath.

With gratitude and reverence, she offers her guidance alongside the gentle, grounding presence of the alpacas — trusting that nature and stillness can help us remember what it feels like to be whole.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, her classes are an open invitation to come exactly as you are — and leave feeling more rooted, supported, and whole.
