About This Adventure

A warm welcome to folks of all ages to come & connect with our friendly ALPACAS at Jireh Hills Family Homestead

Duration

1 Hour Small Group of up to 4 guests ($90) Additional Adult - $20 Additional Child (under 12 years old) - $18

Large Group (5 - 10 guests) - $200

About

Come meet our small herd of alpacas, including Bear, Panda, Everest, Teddy, Lou-Lou and our newest girls, Blancha, Boots and Luna. Meet our youngest gals, Niblet and Hershey (maybe get a Hershey “kiss”).

Alpacas are a unique and curious animal that enjoy meeting new people and once you earn their trust, are willing to walk along-side and give you an experience that you won't soon forget! Our landscape is naturally picture-perfect and setup for spacious romping and playing in a large fenced-in pasture.

We start with a brief introduction to our homestead and farm lay-out. We take a short walk to find the alpacas running freely in their woodland pen. Next, we find out why we "sing" to our alpacas! We learn how to lead and connect with these amazing and unique creatures, pair up and learn the personality of your new furry friend and start our trek.

Of course, we usually meet a few other friendly critters along the way too. You can ask questions and leave with some amazing memories and a desire to come back for more! You will have lots of time for pictures, so get ready to fill your IG feed.

CUSTOMIZED for guests with special needs, small children, elderly and those with disabilities. Please ask!

Book in small groups early

Group sizes are limited to keep the experience intimate, so early reservations ensure you don’t miss this unique opportunity.

Bring a camera or smartphone

The photogenic alpacas and natural setting make for memorable snaps—prepare to capture candid moments during your walk.

Mind children’s safety near alpacas

Children under 10 should be supervised and will not lead alpacas without assistance to ensure a smooth, safe experience for all.
