Restrictions

  • Minimum age to drive: 18 years old.
  • Minimum age for extra passenger: 6 years old.
  • Maximum weight for Ranger: 480 kg or 1,050 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with asthma, heart problems, and back problems can't perform the activity.
  • People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
  • A charge of $20 usd per Ranger is made as a collision insurance (non-refundable). This will be paid upon arrival at the registration area covering up to $500 usd in damage to the unit.
  • IMPORTANT: The tour duration is 2 hrs approximately, plus shuttle time and free time at the park.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
