The hull rocks softly as Fertilia’s small marina slides astern and the sea takes over — a wide, moving mirror that will carry you along the rim of Porto Conte Marine Protected Area. On this two‑hour evening sail the coastline changes on every tack: limestone cliffs of Capo Caccia jutted like a time-worn wall, low coves that only reveal themselves to boats, and the long beaches near Lazzaretto slipping into violet as the sun leans west.
