The Silves to Sagres e-MTB Holiday shows you interesting highlights of the Algarve by e-Mountainbike. You will ride for 2 days at your own pace and can stop at picturesque villages when and how long you wish for. We’ll provide the e-MTB, GPS routes, support and luggage transfers.

Silves to Sagres e-MTB Holiday

Cycling from Silves to Sagres in the Algarve offers a rich tapestry of highlights. Begin in Silves, a town steeped in Moorish history with its 12th-century castle overlooking orange groves. Pedal westward towards Lagos, passing through sub-tropical vegetation, including carob and olive groves, as well as passing cork oak trees and eucalyptus forests. Lagos itself is a picturesque coastal town with historic fortresses and stunning beaches.

Continuing, cyclists will find an abundance of inland cycling tracks and quiet roads leading to Sagres. This rugged coastline was historically significant for its role in maritime exploration, evident in Sagres’ imposing fortress overlooking the Atlantic. Along the way, enjoy the cooler climate of the western Algarve, which offers relief from the higher temperatures often found further east. e-Mountain Bike KTM

You will ride a fast-flowing e-MTB from KTM with a larger battery than usual to keep you going through the day. Non-electric mountain bikes are available on request, even a KTM Gravel Bike is available.
