You start on a sun-warmed lane where grapevines pivot toward the sea, e-bikes humming quietly beneath you as the Carmel Coast fog thins into blue. The guide fits a helmet, checks each battery, and points out the low stone rows that mark Albatross Ridge’s 25-acre estate. Over the next hour the land rises and falls—short climbs that the motor eases and ridgelines that open to wind-scoured views of valley and distant Pacific.
