Soda City Student Shuttle offers safe, reliable transportation for students from American Leadership Academy-Lexington to a designated location. Family-owned and operated, the service features a clean, well-maintained shuttle bus with seat belts. We will provide transportation for your kids from school to a local location.

A privately owned and operated, licensed, insured, background checked company providing quality service to the families of American Leadership Academy-Lexington.

VEHICLE Soda City Tours offers a 14 passenger shuttle bus that is clean, well-maintained with seat belts, heat and A/C.

BENEFITS OF OUR SERVICE • Safe, Affordable and On-time transportation of your child from school every day. • Cost effective, allowing you more time in the afternoon. Your time is valuable! • Eliminates the stress of sitting in school traffic. • Save money on gas by not being in the car line.

SERVICE WE PROVIDE • Transport from American Leadership Academy-Lexington to a specific location. Parents will come pick up child from specified location. Services for Lower and Upper School students.

$95 per student per month billed monthly. (Additional siblings get a $5 off per month discount. Contact us to let us know and we will let you know the Coupon code)

We offer 13 seats on the shuttle bus for lower school. We offer 13 seats on the shuttle bus for upper school.

WAITING LISTS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Please notify your student's teacher and/the front desk via a written note and/or phone call that your student will be riding the Soda City Student Shuttle.

Our meet up spot will be TBD (within a few miles of the school).

Lower school will tentatively arrive around 2:50pm. Upper school shuttle will arrive tentatively at 3:30pm (depending on traffic).

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: • All billing is done electronically monthly with a major debit or credit card or Venmo and are due prior to service being rendered for the month. •  Payments are not prorated.  Whether you use our service 1 day per week, 5 days per week, 20 days per month or 10 days per month, you must pay for the full week or month of service. Payments are billed for one month even though there are some months that transportation is for more than 20 days of service. • All payments are due MONTHLY on 1st day of each month. (You will receive a payment link the last week of each month). Customer agrees that by using our services, a monthly transportation fee of $95 will need to be paid by 1st of that month. If no payment is submitted by the 1st of the month the student will lose their spot on the bus.

REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY Pro rated refunds will ONLY be given if Soda City Tours, LLC has to cancel the service and only refunds will be given for the days canceled. Cancelations will only occur due to mechanical issues with the bus or illness to the bus driver. A two-week notice (2 weeks) must be provided VIA EMAIL in the event you wish to cancel transportation services.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.  ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE, YOU MUST UTILIZE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR AGREED UPON TERMS.

ABOUT US • We strive to utilize the same driver every day so that your students become familiar with him/her for the entire school year. • We perform extensive background checks on our driver. • Our vehicle is equipped with seat belts.

TERMS and RULES

  1. Students need to board the bus within 5 minutes of being dismissed from school.
  2. Students MUST wear seatbelts at all times on the bus. Refusal to do so will result in the student no longer allowed to ride the bus.
  3. The bus driver will text parents just prior to leaving the school. Parents will know the approximate time the bus will arrive at the pick-up location. The bus driver will NOT text while the bus is in route.
  4. Parents MUST pick their child up within 5 minutes of the bus arriving at the pick-up location. Failure to do so will result in additional fees and the possible return of the child to the school.
  5. If your child is not planning to ride the bus that day please let the bus driver know in advance by text message. 6.Every effort will be made to ensure your child boards the bus, but if they do not board within a timely manner they WILL be left at the school (The first week of school we will not leave until all students have boarded the bus).
  6. Behavioral issues will not be tolerated on the bus. If your child's behavior while on the bus is an issue after a warning, their seat will be forfeited.
  7. No eating or drinking on the bus.
  8. No profanity, bullying, yelling or coarse joking is allowed on the bus. RAISE values will be enforced on the bus.
  9. There are no restrooms on the bus. Make sure your student uses the restroom at school before boarding the bus.
