Join Island Paddle Bliss’s After School Spring SUP Program in Honolulu for 10 weeks of stand up paddle boarding, water safety, and yoga designed for kids and teens. Experience fun, fitness, and mindfulness in Hawaii’s beautiful beach setting.

Dive into an exciting 10-week after-school program where kids and teens learn water safety, stand up paddle boarding, and yoga in a stunning beach setting. With small groups, expert supervision, and a blend of on-water and on-land activities, this unique experience promotes health, creativity, and fun in the sun!
10 weeks running March 27th - May 26th 2023
Each age group will meet once per week for a 90-minute session.
6-9 years old | Tuesdays at 4pm - 5:30pm 10-12 years old | Thursdays at 4pm - 5:30pm 13+ | Fridays at 4pm-5:30pm
Good Friday (April 7th) session will be rescheduled to Wednesday the 5th. Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) session will be rescheduled to Wednesday the 3rd.
Get your kids straight into the water after school for this fun and active after school program! They'll spend a full hour and a half soaking up the ocean and sunshine after spending all day at their desks.
Throughout the 10 week session your kids will learn water safety, stand up paddle board technique, and yoga basics with plenty of open paddle opportunity!
This after school yoga program will be a beautiful opportunity for your teen to replenish and spend time outdoors at the end of their school week. This program is unique and will incorporate not only stand up paddle board and SUP Yoga, but also on-land journaling practices, beachside yoga flows, restorative yoga nidra practices and more.
This 10 week session is designed to help introduce the health benefits of yoga to your teen in a creative and supportive experience.
This program is $350/child ($35/session) with 10% discount for siblings. Discount is automatically applied AFTER selecting quantity of children at checkout.
For families with siblings, you are welcome to enroll via an installment plan. This will break down the payment total into 2 payments. To utilize this method, please select this option at checkout.
All children MUST know how to swim in order to participate. If you would like a swim vest for your child please specify at checkout.
This program MUST have a minimum of five children in order to commence. If the class does not meet the minimum number of participants, the program will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded and notified of future openings.

Due to the nature of this water sport's prep work and loading process as well as the small group, makeup classes are only honored as a whole group, in the event of bad weather.
On behalf of the company, classes will only be cancelled and rescheduled due to poor weather conditions or severe illness. You will be notified as soon as possible should this occur.
On your behalf, cancellations must be made at least (30) days before the start of the program to receive a full refund or up to 14 days of the start of the program for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 13 days or less of the start of the program will only be eligible for a 25% refund or future credit.
Under no circumstance are refunds granted after the start of the program.
PFDs are mandatory for safety during all paddle boarding sessions, especially for kids and beginners.

Getting warmed up before hitting the water reduces the risk of cramps and improves flexibility.
