The city breathes differently at night in Comuna 13: staircases hum under foot, murals glow under projected light, and the scent of cooking wafts up from rooftop gardens. This five-hour after-dark tour threads through alleys where street art and amplified percussion stake their claim to a reclaimed neighborhood. You move with local artists—painting, dancing, drumming—while lights turn painted walls into living images.
