About

Chocolate Tour only: You will be greeted by your friendliest guide ever, and then stroll through the lush gardens and cacao orchards, then you'll begin your gentle walk up the drive to take in the most spectacular breathtaking bi-coastal views that Maui has to offer. Once you reach the top of the property, that's where the cacao and chocolate magic really kicks in. You will learn the entire process from harvesting, fermenting, drying and roasting. Then, the hands-on group participation party begins! Of course, this portion is for those who want to play. You will actually make a hot chocolate beverage similar to what the ancient Mayans enjoyed. After that, still more educational fun to come! You'll explore the flavors of chocolates from different latitudes with different attitudes from all around the world, which include 2 -3 rare Hawaiian chocolates. You will also walk away with a complete understanding and appreciation as to why it is so difficult to find Hawaiian chocolate in stores.
