The boat eases away from Marmaris’ harbor and the air sharpens with salt; gulls wheel as the coastline blurs into pine-scarred promontories. Within an hour you’re anchored in water so clear the hull’s shadow looks painted onto the seabed—this is Bencik (Turquoise) Bay, the day’s first swim stop, and a preview of the Aegean’s clean, bracing character.

Yes—pickup from hotels in Marmaris and Icmeler is provided and listed on booking; times are usually mid-morning.
Lunch and non-alcoholic drinks (water, cola, tea/coffee) are included; extras like ice cream or photos cost extra.
Yes—infants can ride in strollers and must sit on laps; the trip is rated easy but children should be supervised during boarding and swims.
Bring motion-sickness medication or ginger and choose a seat near the boat's center; the captain will anchor in sheltered bays when possible.
Small monastery ruins and fishing hamlets along the route trace Byzantine and Ottoman coastal activity; the area has long supported local seafaring and salt-age fisheries.
The Aegean here is sensitive—avoid anchoring on seagrass, don’t collect shells or disturb marine life, and use reef-safe products to minimize impact.
