The first light arrives like a slow reveal: a dozen hot-air balloons bloom above a moonscape of chimneys and valleys while a cool Cappadocian breeze threads through your jacket. For four days you move through time and terrain—stepping from the pure white terraces of Pamukkale to the marble colonnades of Ephesus, then into the wind-shaped soft rock of Cappadocia where balloon envelopes puncture the sky.
