Pour bien débuter la moto cross !
Cours d'initiation à partir de 18 ans (sur carte d'identité ou le livret de famille), dispensé par un éducateur diplômé (CQP et DEJEPS moto), prise en main de la moto, exercices pédagogique sur la position, trajectoire, freinage, mobilité, et progression au fil des cours.
Concernant la tenue pour les cours de moto cross : tee-shirt manches longues, pantalon et chaussures montantes ou bottes de moto obligatoires, si vous avez votre propre matériel il est conseillé de l’apporter. Si vous n’avez pas d’équipement personnel, nous vous prêtons casque, gants, genouillère.
Terrain de moto cross de Lanrelas (Le Haut Régent - 22250 Lanrelas) - Le lieu de pratique peut être changeant si la météo ne permet pas de pratiquer sur celui-ci.
Long sleeves, sturdy pants, and boots are required to protect against trail hazards and falls.
Bring water to stay hydrated during your 3-hour session; motocross is physically demanding.
If you don’t own gear, helmets, gloves, and kneepads are available to borrow onsite.
Track conditions can change with weather; be prepared for soft soil or mud patches.
