Come enjoy your morning on the beach and in the waves! We will meet for a quick work out before learning to surf. This adult only Surf and Fitness class is designed to get adults shredding calories and waves. Most importantly we will have fun while improving our physical and mental well being.
Give yourself 10-15 minutes before the session starts to stretch and acclimate to the beach environment.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated before and after your Surf-Fit workout, especially on warm days.
Protect your skin while preserving the ocean by applying reef-safe sunscreen before hitting the waves.
If you’re new to surfing or fitness workouts, communicate any discomfort to the instructor immediately.
