5 to 6 Hours
Adrenaline canyons are for those who have never been canyoning before, or only a few times and possess good physical fitness. Tours are usually between 5 to 6 hours depending on the size of the group.
You should be comfortable with heights, though we can accommodate those in the group that are less at ease and looking to challenge themselves. However, all rappels are mandatory once the descent has begun. All jumps and slides can be avoided by rappelling them (if the canyon has these).
Potentially climb a few via-ferrata ladders to access the canyon. Be fully submerged. We can accommodate people who don’t know how to swim but should know in advance. Encounter some waterfalls and other obstacles that we will pass using specific canyoning techniques. There MAY be slides or jumps. These are condition dependent and not guaranteed. Explore a scenic canyon and work your way down as a team. Always be supported by your guide.
We guide in several canyons that allow us to operate during most of the season. We usually plan the trip the day before the tour to decide which canyon is best suited to the group, depending on your skills, expectations, the canyons’ conditions, as well as the weather forecast. Ultimately though, the choice of canyon will depend on the weather conditions of the day. If you already know of a specific canyon you’d wish to descend, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Meet David Thompson Resort, 15 minutes before the start time

Canyon access We hike up to the upper entrance of the canyon (usually between 30 and 90 minutes of hiking).
Canyoning From there, we descend the canyon (between 2 and 4 hours inside the canyon, depending on the tour and the size of the group).
Way back At the bottom of the canyon route, we hike back to the car (30 minutes).
The meeting time and the end of the day can be arranged depending on your expectations, the size of the group, and the conditions of the canyon.
