Read the full experience

On the outskirts of Delft, South Holland, Netherlands, Outdoor Delft flips the script on what a day of airsoft can be. The Gratis skirm | UAT NABV event runs a tight, action-packed schedule on an upgraded outdoor CQB field measuring roughly 180 by 50 meters. Arrive for inloop from 12:00, expect an FPS check at 12:30, a briefing at 13:15, and skirmishes from 13:30–16:00. The setup favors close-quarters tactics: narrow lanes, shipping‑container obstacles, low walls, and mission objectives that force teams into quick decisions and sharp communication. This field feels different from a weekend backyard shoot: organizers treat safety, fairness, and environmental rules seriously. Only approved biodegradable BBs are allowed and tracers are banned; chrono limits cap replicas at 1.2 joule with 0.30g BBs, and sniper or DMR‑style guns aren’t permitted. Enforcement is strict—violations can be reported to the NABV and local authorities—so expect checks and a rule‑binding atmosphere that keeps gameplay competitive and responsible. Logistics are straightforward. Free parking is available at the general lot on Rotterdamseweg, and the access lane to the site is not to be used for drop‑offs or pickups. Bring valid ID: the minimum age is 18. Food and drinks aren’t permitted from outside, but on‑site lunch and refreshments are sold, making it easy to stay fueled between matches. The event typically accommodates up to fifty players, creating a lively, varied player pool while preserving a fast tempo during mission rotations. Why book this skirm in Delft? The field’s recent upgrades sharpen the CQB experience, converting classic airsoft moves into a compact, breathless contest that rewards teamwork over brute force. As part of the Ultimate Airsoft Tour of the NABV, this Gratis skirm is an entry point into competitive Dutch airsoft culture—an opportunity to test kit, hone fieldcraft, and measure yourself against local teams in a well-run tournament setting. Practical tips: chrono early, pack ear protection and a hydration plan, and review biodegradable BB specifications to avoid fines. Whether you’re chasing a first win or chasing adrenaline, Outdoor Delft’s UAT NABV day delivers organized chaos and satisfying tactical play within easy reach of Delft’s train and lodging options. The event’s combination of rules, facilities, and course design makes it one of the region’s most focused and sport‑minded airsoft experiences. Expect a mixture of player skill levels, from newcomers running entry-level replicas to experienced skirmish veterans coordinating flank maneuvers. Bring magazines, spare batteries, and quick-release holsters; marshals will rotate teams to keep matches balanced. The social side is strong: debriefs at midday generate tips on tactics, and local players often trade loadout advice. Booking ahead is essential—this Gratis skirm fills quickly—and arriving early helps you warm up on the field and meet teammates before the first briefing.
