You arrive at Hallmark Farm with the sun low over vine rows, horses at the hitching rail breathing steam into cool air. Guides fit you with a helmet and run a short briefing while you learn the horses’ names and temperaments — each mount chosen for comfort by staff from Megan Jones’s stable.
