🩺 Health Requirements

*Participants should be in good physical health and able to swim. *If you have medical conditions such as asthma, heart problems, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking. *Feeling unwell? Please reschedule for another day to ensure your safety.

🏊 Swimming Skills

*All participants must be comfortable swimming in open water. *Life jackets or flotation devices will be provided and required for use by all regardless of swimming ability.

💧 Before the Tour

*Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before snorkeling. *Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before the tour.

🌞 Protect Yourself

*Wear reef-safe sunscreen to protect your skin and marine life.

*Always listen to your guide’s instructions and stay within the designated snorkeling area. *Do not touch or stand on coral, and avoid disturbing marine life. *Stay aware of your surroundings, including currents and other swimmers. *Use a buddy system—never snorkel alone.
