This course is designed to meet the requirements of HB193 which allows staff at private schools to carry a concealed firearm on school property.

Prerequisites

  • NC Concealed Handgun Permit
  • Approval from the school board
  • Written stardard operating procedure for
    firearm possession on school property

Course instructional topics included:

  • Handgun safety
  • Active Shooter Response
  • Advanced Firearms Techniques.

Course Required Equipment:

Participants will need to bring the following.

• Reliable self defense type Firearm. • Form fitting holster to your specific make
& model. • 50 Rounds of factory ammo. Must be in
the original factory box or carton and not loaded in magazines (No reloads) • Hearing protection • Eye protection • Pen / Pencil • Note Pad • Picture ID (DL, ID card)

NOTE: Registration and course fees are required in advance. Registration and course fees will not be excepted on the day of the class.
