About
The Standard Wheelchair is an ideal choice for customers who require assistance but prefer independent mobility. The large back wheels with rims allow the user to propel themselves independently. The easy to grip handles do, however, allow a caregiver to push if necessary.
The premium swing-away and removable leg rests make transfers much safer and easier and make the chair much easier to transport.
Weight capacity is 250 lbs.
For our customers with a standard 4:00 pm check in, you can expect to have your equipment delivered and on your property in time for your arrival. No need to waste any precious vacation time waiting for your equipment to arrive!
If you would prefer a morning delivery, you can expect your equipment to arrive at your residence no later than 10:00am.
We also understand that there are special circumstances that may require a custom delivery time (ie. beach photos, weddings, health concerns, travel limitations, etc.). If this is the case, please call to book and we will do our very best to accommodate your special needs.
We are happy to offer FREE delivery and pick-up of all of our equipment to properties on Hilton Head. If you are staying at a property off-island or beyond, please call for our variable delivery fee schedule and we will do our best to get our equipment to you!
At the end of your rental, please be sure to lock your equipment up in the same general area where you found it. We will expect the equipment to be ready for pick-up by 8:00am so that we have ample time to clean, disinfect, service, and re-issue to our excited new guests about to start their vacation.
