About

No snorkelling or freediving experience is necessary. We will provide a lesson out on the water & you will have in-water guides with you right by your side. We can provide a float to hold onto in the water if need be.

This expedition requires minimum of 8 participants. If this number is not met please expect rebooking or cancellation .

What is Freediving? Freediving is the art of taking a deep breath and diving down to explore the underwater world. It sounds dangerous, but in reality, it is deeply peaceful and relaxing. It offers everyone of any skill level, age, or competence the chance to explore our Blue Planet and catch a glimpse of life under the sea.

Departure and Arrival Times The meeting location is Woollamia Boat ramp not our dive shop. Our Vessel departs at either 0700hrs (7am) or 1330hrs (1:30pm). Allow yourself 10 minutes to find a car park, use the bathroom and get yourself sorted. If you are running late, please call us on 0423 981 163, otherwise you may miss out!

What's included

• 5-6hrs of adventure on board our dive boat • In-water guide • Homemade Morning tea (Vegan & GF) • Complimentary Waterproof Jacket to use whilst on tour • Sight seeing: soaking in Jervis Bays stunning natural beauty • Information on the natural history of Jervis Bay & Dreamtime stories • Reef Safe sunscreen. (Most widely accepted sunscreen chemicals are also killing corals, causing toxic build-up in marine animal tissues and putting a strain on our ocean’s ecosystems.) So please use ours for the day.

What to bring

• Warm clothes • Hat • Wind/Rain jacket • Towel • Swimmers • Water bottle • Dive equipment (if you are using your own) We highly recommend a 5mm wetsuit during Winter & Spring. Our hire suits are 5mm so if yours is not thick enough please rent ours for the day • Seasickness tablets (Kwells are available without a prescription at most pharmacies). We would highly recommend you take some if you are unsure as motion sickness will ruin your day • Your own GoPro or camera. We also film the expedition and can provide a WeTransfer link to the footage for $50, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own

Where to meet

Meeting place is the Woollamia Boat Ramp (Number 2, Coulon Street, Woollamia 2540). The boat ramp is 3 minutes drive from Huskisson and 10 minutes drive from Vincentia. Please do not meet at our dive shop.
