Located in the heart of Dubai, Theatre of Digital Art Laser Shows offers a unique gateway into mental wellness with its 9D Breathwork Meditation experience. Far from traditional meditation classes, this session envelops you in a 360° immersive environment where digital art meets mindful breathing, creating an innovative fusion of neuro-sounds, visuals, and guided breathwork. As one of Dubai’s few wellness experiences integrating cutting-edge technology with holistic healing, it stands out within the city's fast-paced cultural landscape.
Dubai itself is a city known for bold architectural feats and vivid cultural expression, but TODA adds a spiritual layer through this transformative offering. This experience helps participants unlock their subconscious, releasing deep-seated emotional blockages under the careful guidance of certified facilitator Nassima Aboufarid, who carries a unique lineage linked to the traditions of King Solomon. Sessions adapt dynamically to each individual’s emotional state, ensuring a fresh journey every time.
The setting features captivating 360-degree visual art by REUKO, which blends aerial cinematography of natural landscapes with 3D simulations, reinforcing a connection between the mind’s inner territories and the outside world. Adding to the atmosphere, occasional live performances by artists like Robot Koch complement the meditation with ethereal soundscapes, grounding the spiritual in a modern artistic context.
This session is a solid two-hour commitment to mental clarity, emotional liberation, and renewal. Carefully designed for adults seeking relief from stress and emotional heaviness, the indoor venue is climate-controlled, providing comfort even as your body temperature might dip during deep relaxation. Bring a mat and warm layers for total comfort.
For those seeking a restorative adventure within an urban environment, TODA’s 9D Breathwork Meditation offers a profound and original experience, bridging technology, art, and healing in a city that never stops reinventing itself.
