Every SUP yoga class begins with an overview of paddle basics, including how to kneel, stand, stroke technique, turning, and what to do if you end up overboard. Immediately following, we will move to a guided expedition on the water for a fun stand up paddle board experience to get centered on the water.
We provide boards, paddles, PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices), dry bags for personal belongings.
Please bring a personal water bottle, sunscreen, water friendly footwear, an adventurous spirit, and most importantly an open mind and heart filled with gratitude for the commitment you are making to your health and wellness.
