FAQ's

What do I do when it's time to come in at the end of my rental?

The process is simple. You will drive the boat to the loading and unloading ramp, where you picked the boat up, and one of our staff members will come out to meet you, and guide the boat safely to the dock.

What's included with my rental?

All safety equipment including life jackets, anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines. If your vessel is equipped with towing capabilities we supply a towable tube for free. Kneeboards, wakeboards and water skis are available for additional charge.

Is a major credit card required?

Yes, as a part of your rental agreement, a valid major credit card must be on file to cover any potential incidentals or damages incurred during your rental.

What if I have no boating experience?

Our crew will guide you through a boating orientation, and safety information before you get out on the water.

How do I know my boundaries, when on the water?

We will provide an orientation for the watercraft you are renting, as well as information about local waters. Please pay attention to all "NO WAKE" signs and navigational buoys.

Who can operate (drive) the boat or watercraft?

Each piece of equipment allows for up to two drivers. All drivers must have a valid drivers license or have completed a boaters safety course for the State of Michigan.
